• Account Details: Company Name, Owner Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address, Registered Office Address, and GSTIN.
• Operational Transport Data: Vehicle registration numbers, driver details, party / consignor / consignee details, and trip freight amounts inputted by your staff.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system used during login sessions for security audit logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to generate digital transport documents (LRs, Invoices, Vouchers), provide renewal alerts, calculate monthly profit & loss reports, and process subscription renewals.

3. Payment Information Security

We do not store your Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords. All online subscription transactions are securely handled by Razorpay using 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your company data, party records, or freight rates to any third party, broker, or marketing agency under any circumstance.
