1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the LORRYKANAKKU (லாரிக்கணக்கு) platform (accessible via https://lorrykanakku.com), you ("Subscriber", "Company", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. LORRYKANAKKU is a B2B Cloud Transport ERP Software developed for truck owners, logistics operators, booking agents, and transport contractors in India.
2. SaaS Services Provided
LORRYKANAKKU provides an integrated multi-tenant digital logistics management service including:
- Digital Lorry Receipts (LR / Bilty) Generation & Printing with QR Verification.
- Trip Sheet creation, advance tracking, diesel card logs, and driver balance settlements.
- Consolidated GST Tax Invoices and Freight Billing according to Indian CGST/SGST/IGST norms.
- Vehicle Maintenance, Tyre Life Logging, Insurance & Fitness Renewal Alerts.
- Office Petty Cash and Monthly Staff Salary & Payroll Management.
3. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Access to LORRYKANAKKU is provided under subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) billed monthly or annually. All digital payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST.
Subscribers on a 14-day free trial who choose to recharge early will have all remaining trial days automatically added as a validity bonus to their new plan period.
4. Tenant Data Security & Privacy
Each transport company operates within an isolated database tenant boundary. Your customer lists, freight rates, driver phone numbers, and financial books remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information regarding your transport company, GST registration, and vehicle permits. You shall not misuse the platform for generating fraudulent transport receipts or violating Motor Vehicles Act / Carriage by Road Act guidelines.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Namakkal / Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
